Representative Herron moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of SB 88 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: SENATE BILL NO. 88 "An Act authorizing the state bond committee to issue certificates of participation to finance the construction and equipping of residential housing to serve the Anchorage campus of the Alaska 2013-04-12 House Journal Page 1139 Native Medical Center; and authorizing the Department of Administration to enter into a lease-purchase agreement for the benefit of the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SB 88 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SB 88 Third Reading Final Passage Reconsideration YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Costello, Drummond, Edgmon, Feige, Foster, Gara, Gattis, Gruenberg, Hawker, Herron, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Josephson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kerttula, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Lynn, Munoz, Neuman, Olson, Pruitt, Reinbold, Saddler, Seaton, Tarr, Thompson, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Excused: Guttenberg, Nageak Absent: Millett, Stoltze And so, SB 88 passed the House, was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk, and returned to the Senate.
